Still struggling with your problems? Read this to know why?

Struggles” - We all are familiar with this word “struggle”, If I tell you to define success for me, I’m probable enough to get different answers from everybody but one thing that will surely be common in each of our success stories will be our struggle. In fact defining Struggle itself will invite lot of different answers. For a small child the struggle  might be to convince his/her parents to get that toy for him/her, for the toppers it will be to get 100% in every exam, for some working mothers it will be to manage her daily chores at home as well as at work effectively and then making time for her children.

Struggles are necessary for success, But how we manage our struggles and what we gain out of it, whether we adapt an optimistic spectrum about struggles or choose to be a pessimist, all these things influence our life greatly.

I know certain people, at one time their life was flooded with difficulties, there were financial problems, no support from anybody, grief and harsh memories. Today they have all the freedom in the world, enough money to do something they want to but they still continue to live a vulnerable life, that is because they have accustomed themselves to this thought that their life is a curse and not worthy to be lived. Their story is quiet similar to the young baby Elephant who was tied with a rope which was strong enough to hold him back at that age. As a child he tried a lot to break the rope but failed in all his attempts, this continued until he was conditioned to believe that he cannot get free from the rope. Years later As he grew up to become a huge magnificent Elephant still tied to the same rope, he remained there making no effort at all to move because now he believed that he is not capable to break the rope. He believed that the rope is stronger than he can ever be, so later he never tried to break free. The Elephant could at any time break free from the bonds of the rope now but because he believed he couldn’t, he was stuck right where he was.

All of us at some point in our lives, get the opportunity to make our dreams come true, but by the time that opportune moment arises we all settle with our comfort zones, we get accustomed to our problems and accept to live with them. Let me elaborate on this point, the situation at that moment be like - you have two options:

1)  Choose happiness (comfort zone) and then suffer

OR

2)  Suffer  first (fight for dreams) and then live a successful life full of contentment

Some people choose the first option because they just can’t get out of their comfort zones While the others choose hustle and create the life that they always imagined to live. Initially the struggle for both of them is same i.e they both face the struggle to START! , gradually their struggles change the first type of people see their life getting worse day by day and struggle with surviving each day, they see life as a curse and then one day they give up, because they think everything is over ( mind you! It’s never too late to do something Great ) while the other group of people experience their life getting better and more like they imagined their life to be ( Off course it doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time, but finally you get where you want to be ) and these people face the struggle of how to become the best version of themselves every other day.

Every problem that comes in our life teaches us something important, makes us more stronger than before, a little more smarter in taking decisions in our life and yeah it somewhere builds up our belief in ourselves. So we should never give up, we should keep fighting.

Sometime’s the person we are right now, is not the person that we need to be when we cross the finish line to our dreams ”
